Requirements & Fees
- Must be licensed in UT as a principal broker or as an appraiser.

- Single Broker Offices also have a $50 fee every 6 months
Note: The principal broker is required to pay the fee based on the number of agents licensed with the office or branch office whether or not they intend to use the MLS Service. If it is a branch office, it must be located in Garfield or Piute County, Utah and registered with the division of real estate. There is also a sharing agreement in place with the Duck Creek MLS and the Kanab MLS that allows Appraisers and Real Estate Members to access each others data. Contact the
MLS Provider for more info.
Process for New Offices:
- Principal Broker or Primary Appraiser- Complete Membership Application and Service Agreement.
- Pay Setup Fee and prorated monthly fees.
- MLS Provider sets them up and adds them to the MLS
- MLS Provider sends an email notice to the MLS coordinator (Tracy Armstrong).
Process for New Agents:
- They must be licensed with an office that is a current member of the GPMLS.
- The principal broker, primary appraiser, or MLS Provider can add them to the MLS.
- They have to pay the prorated fees due before they can login and use the MLS.
- MLS Provider approves them, and sends an email notice to the MLS coordinator (Tracy Armstrong).
Process for Terminating Agents:
- The principal broker, primary appraiser, or MLS Provider can terminate users from the MLS.
- If terminated by the broker, their real estate license must be terminated with the division of real estate.
- MLS Provider approves them, and sends an email notice to the MLS coordinator (Tracy Armstrong).
Process for Agent Office Transfers:
- We will eventually have a module that allows the broker to transfer an agent through the MLS.
- For now, just call the MLS Provider and we will take care of the transfer
- All Active and Pending Listings will be canceled or put in the broker’s name (per broker’s approval).
- Listings may be transferred to the new agent at the new office per written approval from the broker.
- MLS Provider approves them, and sends an email notice to the MLS coordinator (Tracy Armstrong).
